Infernals' personal selection. It's carefully curated rums that meet our personal preferences. It's a journey into – or rather out of – the most exciting, small, exclusive corners of what rum can be, when it's far more than just your tasty everyday rum.
It is elitist and ambitious and exemplifies in the finest way how, over time, we have become cultured rum connoisseurs who appreciate the complex drinking experience that rum – on so many levels – can be.
This < > H is produced in Pot Still and has been aged in American white oak – both fresh and ex-Bourbon casks. The rum is from a micro-production from Trelawny Parish in Jamaica and offers a scent of ripe pineapple, banana and melon mixed with notes of spices, oak and beeswax.
On the tongue it is funky with a fresh taste of pineapple and mango as well as notes of honey and black pepper and a long aftertaste of olives and tropical fruits.
All bottles are numbered and come in an exclusive gift box - all gift boxes are also numbered and come with a personally signed “Certificate of Authenticity"
